Strawberry Banana Fruit Smoothie


Do you need something cool and refreshing to drink this summer? Try this delicious fruit smoothie!

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1–2 drops of orange essential oil
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbs. pure whey protein powder
  • 6 oz. plain yogurt
  • 6 frozen strawberries


Put ingredient in blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, and enjoy.
