Strawberry Banana Fruit Smoothie

Servings: 2–4 | Time: 5 minutes | Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1–2 drops of orange essential oil
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbs. pure whey protein powder
  • 6 oz. plain yogurt
  • 6 frozen strawberries

Instructions

Put ingredient in blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, and enjoy.
