  • 3 drops lime essential oil

  1. Whip together ingredients until soft peaks form.

  1. While not exactly health food, this pie is easy and delicious. It was a hit with everyone at my house, even my youngest daughter, who doesn’t love citrus desserts, and my husband, who doesn’t love cheesecake. I used a commercial, 8-inch, graham cracker pie crust and still filled three ramekins with the leftovers. I think that with a couple of extra kiwis, this recipe could yield two 8″ pies.

  2. This recipe confuses me. I look toward your emails and site for healthy info. The recipe starts with frozen concentrate, instant pudding, artificial coloring and flavored yogurt. Why would one bother to whip real cream with so many other artificial ingredients?
